During the service, pick up and fill out a Serve Card from the Welcome Table and place it in the offering box, give the Serve Card to a SONrise ministry leader, or goto our Home Page and fill out the Info sections at the bottom.
Cleaning Team - We periodically sweep and clean the building's floor and quarterly deep clean and disinfect. Our team knows and gets to know the building inside and out. We take care of cleaning needs before they become issues.
Collision Youth Leaders - We have a passion for influencing and impacting the next generation by creating an environment where every kid feels welcome. We gather on Wednesday nights. If you'd like to prepare a meal for our students at our Wednesday gatherings, we 'd love for you to join our meal ministry as we have the best visits connecting over food!
'First Impressions' Team - Our motto is, "We see you!" When SONrise comes together for corporate worship we strive to be the welcoming face & voice of Christ. We greet, answer questions, and provide Bibles and information from the Welcome Table.
Maintenance Team - We provide, as needed, maintenance of the building and equipment. Our team is flexible about when we volunteer and welcome special skill sets unique to the needs of the building.
SONcare Team - We are a team who enjoy preparing meals and desserts for folks in recovery, families welcoming a new baby, as well as assist with food for memorials. We also are intentional about sending cards and words of encouragement. Lives can be full, so we recognize not everyone is able to serve each time. We are SONrise's prayer warriors!
SONkidz Team - The Children's Ministry Team serves families with kids, infants through 5th grade. Our mission is to partner with families as we create a safe, engaging place for kids to develop an authentic, personal faith in Jesus. Sunday mornings, we do this through Bible stories, teaching games, songs, crafts, and intentional small group interaction.
Tech Team - We are the behind-the-scene helpers who enjoy details working with sound, lighting, videography, & photography. Making sure we have a quality video to publish online is one of our top priorities.
Sound Team - Once a month we serve during the worship services. This position requires someone who has a competent ear for sound and is detail oriented. We'll provide the training!
Special Event Setup Team - Not sure where to begin serving? This is a great place to start! This team has a heart for service and are a vital part of allowing us to open our doors to others for special events.
Worship Team - We are a team of musicians who use our voices and instruments to lead others in the worship of Jesus. This vibrant team has a passion to create an environment in which hearts are invited to connect with God and praise overflows.
